§.1 General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by. Users in connection with the use of the online store www.przeguby.pl.

2. The data administrator is Euro Driveshafts Limited Sp. z o. o. Branch in Poland with its registered office in Łomianki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000168082, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court, Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: [1181694595], REGON: [015522184]. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

3. Personal data is processed in order to fulfill orders placed in the Online Store, to consider any complaints and to provide electronic services in the field of maintaining an account of a person using the Online Store, and after giving additional consent, also for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means.

4. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description) is used.

5. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the term "You", "Administrator" - "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

6. Out of concern for the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. We control their performance and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Services Provision Act, as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community legislation.

7. Each person who provides their personal data in the Online Store has the right to access and correct their content. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goals related to the use of the Online Store.

8. Personal data shall be made available to external entities only within the limits permitted by law in order to perform contracts concluded via the Online Store.

9. Each person using the Online Store has the right to control the processing of their personal data.

10. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, e.g. secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

11. Personal data provided in the form on the landing page are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

12. Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the law or for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between the parties.

13. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:

a. through information entered voluntarily in the forms

b. by collecting "cookies" [see "cookies" policy].

14. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy of the website, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, possible changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of our website. We will inform you about any changes in a visible and understandable way.

§2. Data Administrator

17. The Service Provider is the administrator of its customers' data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.

18. The Service Provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to [for example] the newsletter

19. Personal data are processed:

a) in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,

b) in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

c) to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and properly implement the Services provided electronically,

d) to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:

· concluding and implementing a contract for the provision of electronic services under the conditions described in the "Regulations of the Portal",

· sending the Newsletter,

· sending (with prior consent) messages containing commercial information.

· the Administrator's marketing,

· marketing of entities cooperating with the Administrator (with prior consent),

20. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

22. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue possible claims before the court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.

23. The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized under the applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

24. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.

25. The Service Provider does not provide personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.

26. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have access control introduced, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible data security breach.

27. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§3. Protection of personal data

28. The data administrator informs that the protection of personal data in the Online Store is extremely important to him, therefore he guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided.

29. In order to secure the data of people using the Online Store, the Data Administrator uses the SSL protocol.

30. In order to ensure the protection of personal data, persons using the Online Store are obliged to protect the login and password used to log in to the Online Store. Persons using the Online Store are responsible for providing third parties with the login and password used to log in to the Online Store.

31. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons, in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

§4. Cookies

32. The data controller uses cookies in connection with the operation of the Online Store website, which are used to improve the Online Store website in terms of the needs of users and ensure safety while visiting the Online Store website.

The information collected concerns the IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, information about time and date, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.

33. Cookies (so-called "cookies") allow you to track the frequency of page views and navigation on the website. These are small text files saved by web browsers on desktop computers and mobile devices. Some of them are stored on the end device until the end of the session. These are "session cookies" that are deleted from the hard drive after the end of the session. There are also cookies that remain in the memory of the end device, enabling recognition during the next visit to the Online Store (these are so-called "permanent cookies"). A person using the Online Store may delete them at any time, if the browser used allows such a possibility.

34. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website by ensuring more effective and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the website.

Cookies identify the user, which allows the content of the website he uses to be adjusted to his needs. By remembering his preferences, it enables the appropriate matching of advertisements addressed to him. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience of our website, and the collected data is used only within the company [name] in order to optimize activities.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a) enabling adding products to the basket and managing the basket during the shopping session;

b) recognizing the user during the next visit to the website in order to keep his preferred settings in the basket (payment method, delivery method, etc.);

c) behavior of website personalization, language settings;

d) better adapting the website to the user's needs

a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication on the website;

d) "functional" cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the user comes from, font size, website appearance, etc.;

e) "advertising" cookies, enabling the provision of advertising content to users more tailored to their interests.

f) "session cookies": They do not remain on the end device of the person using the Online Store website. They are automatically deleted when you leave the session. Thanks to the information contained therein, ADO can analyze information about the behavior of a person on the website and the structure of the website. This allows for continuous optimization of the Online Store website - its personalization and improvement of usability;

g) “permanent” cookies are stored for the time specified in the file parameters, unless the person using the Online Store website removes them automatically beforehand, and after that time they are automatically deleted. Removing a "permanent" cookie is possible provided that the browser used by the person using the Online Store website gives such a possibility.

36. Purchasing through the Online Store via the basket function requires the use of "session" and "permanent" cookies. Restricting the use of cookies by a person using the Online Store website may affect some of the functionalities available in the Online Store.

Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has expressly consented to it by completing the form.

We keep and use the above data only for the needs necessary to perform a given function.
