§.1 General Provisions
1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by. Users in connection with the use of the online store www.przeguby.pl.

Branch in Poland with its registered office in Łomianki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the KRS number: 0000168082, for which the registration files are kept by the District Court, Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: [1181694595], REGON: [015522184]. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

Personal data is processed in order to fulfill orders placed in the Online Store, to consider any complaints and to provide electronic services in the field of maintaining an account of a person using the Online Store, and after giving additional consent, also for the purpose of sending commercial information by electronic means.

§2. Data Administrator
17. The Service Provider is the administrator of its customers' data. This means that if you have an Account on our website, we process your data as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.

24. The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawing consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
25. The Service Provider does not provide personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
26. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have access control introduced, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible data security breach.
27. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
§3. Protection of personal data
